Is four platforms enough for a cat that likes to climb?

For most cats, yes - four staggered platforms create a meaningful climb route and multiple resting spots. If your cat is particularly active and you have more wall space, Alto can be expanded by adding Skywalk or Ascend pieces alongside it.

Does Alto come with a scratching element?

Alto is a pure climbing platform set - it does not include a dedicated scratch surface. We recommend pairing it with our VistaStep (which includes an integrated sisal post) or placing a standalone scratching post below the lowest platform.

Can I arrange the platforms in an irregular pattern rather than a straight line?

Yes. The platforms are independent units and can be mounted in any arrangement - straight vertical, diagonal staircase, or zigzag pattern. As long as the jumps between platforms are appropriate for your cat's ability, the layout is entirely up to you.

What if one platform gets damaged - can I replace just that piece?

Yes. Each platform is a standalone unit. Contact us with your order details if a platform is damaged and we can supply a replacement piece without requiring you to return the full set.

How do I clean it?
