FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the hammock support a heavier cat?

The hammock on Ashford is rated to 8 kg and uses reinforced anchor points. For cats over 8 kg, the condos and platforms are better suited as primary rest spots.

How long does it take to assemble?

Most customers have Haven fully built in 20-30 minutes. Every part is numbered, and the illustrated guide walks you through each step. No specialist tools are required - just the hardware included in the box.

Is the condo entrance large enough for a Maine Coon?

The condo entrance measures approximately 20 × 22 cm - comfortable for most domestic cats up to around 7–8 kg. Very large Maine Coons may find it a tight fit; for large breeds, we recommend leaving the condo for sleeping rather than active entry and exit.

Can it be used in a small flat or apartment?

Yes. At 140 cm tall with a 50 cm footprint, Haven is specifically designed to give your cat vertical space without demanding much floor space - ideal for flats and smaller rooms.

How do I clean it?

Our Pet Hair Removal Gloves do the job. Designed with high-quality brushed fabric, these gloves use static electricity to lift and trap pet hair, lint, and dust like a magnet.
