FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Willow suitable for kittens?

Yes, it is one of our best options for kittens. The lower height makes it accessible, and the lighter structure means there is no intimidation for younger or smaller cats just getting used to climbing.

Which colour is more popular - Beige or Grey?

Most customers have Haven fully built in 20-30 minutes. Every part is numbered, and the illustrated guide walks you through each step. No specialist tools are required - just the hardware included in the box.

Can two cats share Willow?

It can work for two smaller cats, though at 112 cm they may occasionally compete for the top perch.

Can it be used in a small flat or apartment?

Yes. At 112 cm tall with a 40 cm footprint, Willow is specifically designed to give your cat vertical space without demanding much floor space - ideal for flats and smaller rooms.

How do I clean it?

Our Pet Hair Removal Gloves do the job. Designed with high-quality brushed fabric, these gloves use static electricity to lift and trap pet hair, lint, and dust like a magnet.
