My ceiling is 240 cm — will Windsor feel cramped?

Not at all. Windsor at 174 cm leaves over 60 cm of clearance in a standard 240 cm ceiling room, and the design draws the eye upward in a way that actually makes the room feel more spacious.

Is Windsor suitable for an older cat?

Older or less mobile cats may find the top levels harder to reach. Windsor includes lower platforms with accessible step heights, so senior cats can still enjoy the lower and mid levels comfortably.

Does it need wall anchoring?

The base is weighted and stable for normal use, but if your cat is particularly large or boisterous we recommend anchoring the top to a wall for extra security. Make use of the anti-tip kit.

Is the hammock strong enough for a larger cat?

The hammock is rated to 8 kg and attaches to reinforced mounting points. For cats over 8 kg, the enclosed condos and plush platforms are more suitable resting spots.

How do I clean it?
